Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind about purchasing the artwork. 

Refunds are not accepted if the purchased artwork is different from what the buyer expected. Every effort has been made to ensure the item is clearly described and photographed to give as clear a picture as possible of its appearance and attributes.

Refunds are not accepted due to "imperfections" or other idiosyncratic aesthetic issues. Due to the nature of hand-produced artwork, such factors are normal and part of the innate nature of the art.
